School Site Assessments — 245 Schools

Comprehensive site assessments completed for 245 secondary schools across 25 provinces, engaging local communities and school administrators.

Q1 2026

Fast-Track Pilot School Engagement

Intensive stakeholder engagement at 25 pilot schools for fast-track implementation, including teacher consultations and community meetings.

Q2 2026

Annual Stakeholder Workshop

Comprehensive review of Year 1 progress with all key stakeholders, planning for Year 2 activities, and feedback collection.
