The Asian Development Bank (ADB) completed its October 2025 review mission for the SE4HC project, confirming that implementation is progressing satisfactorily. The mission acknowledged the establishment of the Project Management Unit (PMU), the initiation of procurement processes, and active stakeholder engagement across 25 provinces.

The mission’s findings reaffirm the strong partnership between ADB and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), and provide a clear set of actions to sustain momentum into the next quarter.
